I know nothing compares to your in-studio experience with me over the last 12 years but I am going to do my very best to create your intimate virtual Pilates studio. You are not alone if you are feeling unmotivated, bord and restless. Even with all my Pilates tricks in my bag there are days that I don’t feel like working out by myself. That’s where you come in. For the next 6 weeks I am committed to you! I will create fun, effective, easy to follow mat Pilates classes for all levels (and more) for you to use at home.
